The puzzles were okay, but a little too simplistic. What was frustrating for me was that you always face the same direction so there is only one rendered screen per node. The puzzles are pretty A-B-C and not a lot of opportunities to deviate from that prescribed path. Even when I figured out the puzzles beforehand, I still have to find and journal the clue.
When you solve a puzzle all you get is an earthquake-like shaking and something moves or opens. The ending is the same. A lost opportunity and nothing special. Just a shake and a text ending. No magical bringing to life the people, just a "good feeling" that I obviously didnt share. Sigh.
